Terms of Use & Disclaimer
Hi there 👋 Welcome to Pathaway Spain! We’re so glad you’re here. Before you dive in, we just want to be super clear about what we do — and what we don’t do — so you know exactly what to expect from us. 6/24/25
1. What We Do
Pathaway Spain is all about helping you make your dream of living in Spain easier and less stressful. We share:
- Relocation tips and resources
- Curated job leads
- Housing and lifestyle insights
- Community support through our membership
2. What We Don’t Do
We’re not lawyers, immigration advisors, or gestores. That means:
- We don’t give legal advice
- We don’t prepare or file visa applications
- We can’t guarantee outcomes (like a job offer or residency approval)
Think of us as your insider guide and support system — not a law firm. For legal matters, you should always consult a licensed professional.
3. Accuracy & Updates
We do our very best to keep information up to date and accurate. But rules, costs, and opportunities in Spain can change quickly. Use our resources as a guide, and double-check anything important before making big decisions.
4. Community Guidelines
Our groups and memberships are meant to be supportive, respectful, and helpful. That means:
- No spam or self-promotion
- Be kind to each other
- Stay on-topic (Spain relocation, jobs, housing, lifestyle)
5. Our Responsibility (and Yours)
We’re here to share info and community support. What you do with that info is up to you 🙂 We’re not responsible for any losses or issues that come from using our content.
6. Your Membership
- Access to VIP groups and resources is for active subscribers only
- If you cancel, your access will end with your subscription
- Content we create (guides, posts, PDFs) is just for members — please don’t copy or resell it
7. Questions?
We’re here to help however we can (within our scope!). If you have questions about these terms or about Pathaway Spain in general, email us at:
⚠️ Quick Reminder: Pathaway Spain = information + community. Not legal advice. For visas, residency, or legal paperwork, always consult a qualified professional.
